Glad to learn that you are safe...geography can protect on at times. I am planning a trip to Sino in December. This is a medical trip for occupational physicians. It will be mostly centered in Beijing with a trip to Guiyang. There is an optional trip to Xi’an and Kunming after the main conference is over.

Any recommendations or thoughts? I know it is a big question but I'd appreciate your input.

What weather should I expect in early December?

Hi Susan,

Your Mom gave me your blog address. I printed them out and my Mom and I read them together. We really enjoyed living vicariously through your travels. Hope your ankle is feeling better. I was in an accident Oct 1, broke my arm and really hurt my muscles in my leg. I know what it is like to be layed up. I was out of commission for over two weeks.

Your Mom took me to an organic grocery store out in Bird in Hand today. I bought out the store. We also went out last Saturday. Your Mom took my Mom and I out to lunch for my Mom's 78th birthday. Wish you would have been there.

Take care and enjoy the rest of your stay!

Fondly, Kim

I'm sorry about your ankle injury, but I'm glad that you were able to get up and around in relatively short order and do fun things like the concert. . . .
